How do payouts work?
Staygreet connects directly with your Stripe account. When a guest books your property, the funds are deposited directly and instantly into your Stripe balance. We do not hold your money in escrow.
What are the fees for hosts?
We charge absolutely 0% in booking commissions. Instead, Staygreet operates on a simple monthly or annual subscription fee depending on how many properties you list. You keep 100% of your booking revenue.
How do I handle calendar syncing?
Currently, Staygreet is designed for hosts to manage their calendars manually. You have full control to approve or decline booking requests, allowing you to cross-check availability on other platforms before accepting.
For Guests
Why are prices often lower here?
Unlike other platforms that charge guests up to 15% in hidden "service fees", Staygreet charges 0% guest fees. You are booking directly with the property owner, meaning you get the best possible rate.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. Staygreet does not store or process your credit card information directly.
