By accessing or using the Staygreet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Host Responsibilities

As a host, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your property listings, honoring bookings made through the platform, and complying with all local laws and regulations regarding short-term rentals in your jurisdiction.

3. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to treat host properties with respect, follow any house rules set by the host, and pay all required fees for your booking.

4. Payments and Fees

Staygreet does not charge booking commissions to hosts or platform service fees to guests. Hosts pay a flat monthly subscription fee to use our software. All booking payments are processed securely via Stripe directly between the guest and the host.

5. Limitation of Liability

Staygreet provides software for hosts to manage direct bookings. We are not a party to any rental agreement between a host and a guest. We are not liable for any damages, disputes, or issues that arise from a booking.
